Framing this oldie but goodie today: 

"In The Park,” 6 × 10" oil, which I painted many years ago but recently rediscovered in my art closet. 

I ordered a new black/gold frame for it then tweaked it a little. 

I was in Ithaca when I saw this scene happening. The triangulation of the characters appealed to me as the little boy entered my view. 

If I am remembering correctly, I had picked up a toasted PBJ at the Ithaca Bakery and was eating my lunch in the park before going across the street to get my allergy treatment in the DeWitt building. 

It's always an adventure to go to lthaca.
